How my programmes work
Every gut health programme is bespoke, tailored around your symptoms, lifestyle, and health history.
I usually recommend an initial 12-week programme, allowing time for your gut to heal and rebalance. We start with an in-depth consultation to explore what may be going on and agree a personalised plan of action. You will also complete a detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire covering digestion, sleep, stress, and medical history and more helping to identify the key factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and affecting your gut health.

Your 4 steps to getting started
STEP 1
Book your free 30-minute gut health assessment
We’ll meet via Zoom to discuss your symptoms, health history, and goals from which I can suggest a way forward in terms of the length and breadth of your bespoke programme.​
Your Health Investment
While each plan is personalised, it can be helpful to know what a typical investment looks like.
A structured 12-week programme to identify triggers, support healing, and restore a healthier, happier gut.

STEP 3
Complete an in-depth health questionnaire
You will be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire which will look at all aspects of your health so that a holistic approach to your gut health can be taken. Based on what you have shared I can then put together a personalised gut health plan for you. This might include further testing such as carrying out a Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis and or a Food Intolerance Test. You will get dietary advice & recipes, and strategies to support gut repair, reduce inflammation, and restore balance.

STEP 2
Share a 4-day food diary
Ahead of your first consultation you will be asked to share a 4-day food diary. This helps me to spot potential trigger foods, eating patterns, and nutrient gaps, so we know exactly where to start making changes.

STEP 4
Ongoing support and progress reviews
We’ll regularly review your progress, fine-tune your plan, and adjust support as needed for lasting results and renewed gut health.
