How my programmes work
Your programme is completely bespoke. I usually recommend a 12 week programme so that we can work together to see meaningful improvement in your health markers, energy and overall wellbeing.
You may have a very specific health issue which needs targeting such as high cholesterol or arthritis. Through my holistic approach I can establish contributing factors which may be impacting your health, so that specific nutritional protocols may be put in place to treat the root cause of your symptoms.

​Equally you may be in good general health but conscious that some bad habits may have crept in, which need nipping in the bud in order to safeguard your future health. A good starting point here may be to begin with an MOT-style blood test covering 39 markers including Vitamin D, B12, liver function, cholesterol, and HbA1c. This would provide a clear starting point and help target the areas which need the most attention.​

STEP 1
Book your free 30-minute healthy ageing assessment
We’ll meet via Zoom to discuss any current health issues, your lifestyle, your health goals and together we can decide what your programme should include and how much support you will need.

Your Health Investment
While every programme is bespoke, many clients find it helpful to have an idea of typical investment levels.

STEP 3
Complete an in-depth health questionnaire
You will be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire which will look at all aspects of your health past and present so that I can determine what may have impacted on your health over time. This information will be invaluable in putting together a personalised plan, just for you, which will see you well on your journey to better health, energy and longevity.

STEP 2
Share a 4-day food diary
Ahead of your first consultation you will be asked to keep a food diary of your usual eating habits for four days. This helps identify patterns, nutrient gaps, and habits that could be impacting your energy, recovery, and overall health. Your first consultation will be designed to make improvements on your present diet which should leave you feeling more energised from the start.

STEP 4
Feel supported, see and feel the benefits
I will support you through your programme, tracking your progress, checking your food diaries and making any necessary adjustments. Your personalised plan will provide the framework that you need to build new habits that will keep you feeling energised, strong, and well for years to come.
