How does this work?
My programmes are bespoke, because no two people, bodies or lifestyles are the same
We begin by understanding your starting point, your goals, and what kind of support will best suit you. My most popular programme runs over three months, but for some, a lighter-touch option may be enough to get things moving in the right direction. If you find motivation and consistency a struggle, we can build in more coaching and accountability to keep you focused and on track.

STEP 1
Book your free 30-minute health assessment
We’ll meet via Zoom to explore your current diet, health and weight so I can determine what your bespoke programme should look like in terms of length and level of support.

Your Health Investment
Every programme is personalised to your needs, but many clients find it helpful to have an idea of typical investment levels.
A supportive 3-month programme designed to help you lose weight in a sustainable, confidence-building way with the structure, guidance and accountability to keep you moving forward.
Typical investment: £499
If your goals are simpler, a lighter-touch option may be all that’s needed to help you feel back on track.


STEP 3
Receive your personalised weight loss plan
In your first consultation we will work together to create a tailored food plan which takes into consideration your food preferences, work pattern and lifestyle. You will be provided with practical resources to help you in your journey to achieve your goals.

STEP 2
Share a 4-day food diary
Ahead of your first consultation you will be asked to share a 4-day food diary. This should give me a good idea of your present diet, eating habits and food preferences

STEP 4
Get results that last
Regular follow-ups, encouragement, food diary checks will help to keep you accountable and motivated throughout your programme and provide a structure and a frame work to achieve lasting results. This is a re-education not another fad diet.
